Catherine B. is a wife, mother, and coffee fanatic.

She found her true roots (or rather, a husband) in Mississippi and left her Western New York childhood behind after Culinary School.

Having experience with different cultures and cuisines has boosted her creativity and will give her readers variety in their own kitchens.

Unless the recipe calls for it, she won’t sugar coat much and will give it to you straight (the way she likes her bourbon).

She hopes to bring some parenting and life related amusement, along with a full belly.
